Chairman
Mr. Zhang Jie is the Chairman of our Group, as well as the Chairman of our Nomination Committee and a member of our Remuneration Committee. He is also a director of several subsidiaries of the Group. Mr. Zhang is responsible for the overall strategic planning and market development of our group. Mr. Zhang worked for a joint venture company engaged in civil engineering projects in China before establishing our group. He started his first business in 1983 as a contractor for civil engineering projects of local governments. Mr. Zhang established Yihe Co., Ltd. in 1993, accumulating rich experience in customer relationships and enterprise management. Mr. Zhang has over 25 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, and enterprise management in the manufacturing industry. Mr. Zhang was awarded the Hong Kong Young Industrialist Award by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries in 2008, and was awarded an Honorary Fellow by the Hong Kong Industrial Professional Accreditation Council in 2014. He is a member of the Chongqing Municipal Political Consultative Conference, as well as the Honorary President of the Hong Kong Young Industrialists Association, the Honorary President of the Hong Kong Metal Manufacturing Association, and the Honorary President of the Hong Kong Mold and Product Technology Association. Mr. Zhang is one of the individuals who founded our group in 1993 and is also a director of Prosper Empire Limited (a company that holds 39.12% equity of the issued share capital of our company as of December 31, 2019). Mr. Zhang has also served as an independent non-executive director of Shengnuo Group Limited since March 4, 2014. He is the brother of Mr. Zhang Jianhua and Mr. Zhang Yaohua, the executive directors of our company. Mr. Zhang was appointed as a director on July 27, 2004.

Mr. Zhang Yaohua, is the CEO of our group. Mr. Zhang is responsible for the operation and management of our group. He joined our group in 1993 and is also one of the founders of our group. Mr. Zhang Yaohua is the Chief Executive Officer of our group and also a director of several subsidiary companies of our group. Mr. Zhang is responsible for the operation and management of our group. He is one of the individuals who founded our group in 1993 and has over 25 years of operational management experience in the precision mold and component manufacturing industry. He is the Vice Chairman of the Economic Committee of the 6th Shenzhen Municipal Political Consultative Conference, as well as the Chairman of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Advanced Manufacturing Industry Alliance, Vice Chairman of the 8th Executive Committee of the Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce, Executive Chairman of the Shenzhen Machinery Industry Association, and Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Mold Industry Association, Shenzhen Enterprise Federation, Shenzhen Entrepreneurs Association, and Shenzhen Business Federation. Mr. Zhang was recognized as one of the outstanding figures in the Shenzhen machinery industry by the Shenzhen Machinery Industry Association in 2004. In 2006, he was recognized as an outstanding figure in Chinese enterprise innovation by the China Marketing Association and the China Enterprise News. In 2009, he was recognized as an outstanding entrepreneur in the Chinese machinery industry by the China Machinery Industry Federation. In 2010, he was recognized as a Shenzhen Business Figure by the Shenzhen Business Federation and Shenzhen Business Daily. He was also recognized as one of the top ten emerging figures in the Guangdong business community by the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Commerce in 2015, and was awarded the Shenzhen Machinery 30-year Outstanding Contribution Award by the Shenzhen Machinery Industry Association in 2016. In addition, Mr. Zhang was recognized as one of the top 100 industry leaders in Shenzhen in 2017 by the Shenzhen Federation of Social Organizations, Shenzhen Enterprise Federation, Shenzhen Entrepreneurs Association, Shenzhen Press Group, Shenzhen Radio, Film and Television Group, and Time Business Magazine. In 2018, he was awarded the Shenzhen Industrial Award - Industrialist Award by the Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Shenzhen Business Daily. Mr. Zhang Yaohua is the brother of Mr. Zhang Jie and Mr. Zhang Jianhua, who are executive directors of our company. He is also a director of Prosper Empire Limited, a company that holds 39.12% equity of the issued share capital of our company as of December 31, 2019. He was appointed as a director on January 11, 2005.
Executive Director
Ms. Zhang Yan Yi,graduated from Royal Holloway University of London and Durham University. She obtained a bachelor's degree in Science (Economics) (First Class Honors) at the Royal Holloway University of London in 2018 and a Master of Science (Management) degree at Durham University in 2020. Ms. Zhang joined the Group in 2020 and she is mainly responsible for the Group's production management and risk management.
